Managing Otolaryngology Accounts Receivables since 1993
Jim Martin, president of Martin Healthcare Management and ENT Billing Associates, has 35 years of management experience, including the last 25 years in health care management and over 17 years in managing ENT accounts receivable. He was director of a large medical billing firm and a clinic administrator before opening his own consulting firm.
He is the creator of the Practice Productivity Management System for small to mid-size group health care practices. He has taught Medical Office Administration and Medical Billing at the college level and he has published and presented on topics ranging from patient satisfaction to productivity measurement in group practices.
His expertise guides physicians through the complexities of recent changes in health care. As a management consultant to group practices, solo practices, and hospitals he provides a wide range of services to physicians who need solutions to business problems.
