Our dedicated staff has over 198 combined years of medical billing experience and combined 127 years in ENT Billing and Accounts Receivable management. Our coding staff is certified through AAPC in otolaryngology coding.

Brian Martin Bio

BrianBrian Martin, Director of Operations and Vice President of ENT Billing Associates, has 35 years of management experience, including 20 years in health care management and over 15 years in management of ENT accounts receivable. He was director of a large medical billing firm before joining the ENT Billing team.

Brian is also the lead trainer and head of new client implementations for ENT Billing.

Mallory Sakats Bio

Mal-desk1Mallory Sakats, Compliance Officer and Vice President of ENT Billing Associates, has 4 years of management experience. Prior to working at ENT Billing, Mallory previously worked in the health care field auditing and consulting for large payers and retail pharmacies. She has also worked in the financial sector with experience in both auditing and accounting.

Mallory currently holds her CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) Certification and has worked on many HIPAA compliance projects.

Jim Martin Bio

Jim-desk1Jim Martin, president of Martin Healthcare Management and founder of ENT Billing Associates, has 35 years of management experience, including the last 29 years in health care management and over 21 years in managing ENT accounts receivable. He was director of a large medical billing firm and a clinic administrator before opening his own consulting firm.

He is the creator of the Practice Productivity Management System for small to mid-size group health care practices. He has taught Medical Office Administration and Medical Billing at the college level and he has published and presented on topics ranging from patient satisfaction to productivity measurement in group practices.
